1. The product is mainly composed of slip body, clamp tooth and high-strength T-bolt, with simple structure, reliable clamping, anti loose function, safe and convenient use. 2. The product adopts the inner groove design, which is improved on the basis of the past through chute, greatly improving the strength of the slip body. 3. Using increased high-strength T-bolt can prevent the ring from stretching and cracking. 4. This product is made of 20crmoti and 25 × steel. After carburizing and quenching treatment, the surface hardness reaches HRC58-62, the core structure has good toughness, the whole bayonet has good comprehensive mechanical properties, and it is suitable for all kinds of polished rods. 5. Asymmetric ribbon is adopted in this product. During opperation, the polished rod only produces slight deformation, and the indentation is not more than 0.1mm, which will not affect the service life of the polished rod (according to the SY / T5029-2013 and API 11B standard, a any polished rod clamp that affects the service life of the polished rod is regarded as unqualified product). 6. The wedge type clamping structure is adopted for the internal groove clamping teeth, and the longer the load is, the greater the clamping force will be. 7. The appearance adopts the surface spraying treatment process of household appliances (air conditioners) and electrostatic phosphating spraying, which greatly improves the anti-corrosion ability of the products. 8. Description

The polished rod clamp is fixed in proper place through block teeth and the polished rod is hanged through polished rod eye and made to bear the load of the sucker rod. The product has the advantages of simple structure, anti loosing function, safe and convenient use, and good practicability.

Installation requirements

1. The size of polished rod clamp installed must be consistent with the polished rod diameter.

2. Install according to the mark “↑” on the polished rod clip. Do not install it reversely.

4. Tighten the fastening nut with the torque force≥280n. M.

3. Wipe the position of the polished rod clean.

Packing&Shipping

The clamps will be packed in plywood wooden box.

Goods will be deliveres by sea, air, train, truck, etc.
